Les vins de Lavie

The historic estate has been located in Hauts Mortiers à Gorges for 5 generations.

All the vines are located around the Domaine, in the communes of Gorges, Clisson, Monnières in the heart of the Nantes vineyard.

Guillaume, winegrower in Savoie decides to come and settle in Gorges and takes over the family estate in 2021 with Adèle.

The conversion to the Organic Farming label is underway and planned for 2024.

The estate extends over 10 hectares in gorges, Saint Lumine de Clisson and Monnières

Guillaume and Adèle opt for working the vines with ancestral traditions: animal traction, eco-grazing from September 2022 with sheep. They pamper their estate in harmony with nature: biodynamics, herbal medicine, pastoralism.

Their entire range is a production of natural wines, without additives or sulphites.

Between 28,000 and 35,000 bottles are produced annually, in Muscadet, Cabernet, Gros Plan.

3 communal Crus are in preparation: Gorges, Clisson and Monnières/St-Fiacre.

A special cuvée will soon see the light of day: a pellicular maceration of the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety in vats for 1 year.

Tasting is by appointment only.

A tasting cellar is planned for 2024.

Lavie wines export their range of wines to Europe and the United States.

They also supply wine bars, restaurants and wine shops.

You can find them at various events such as "Pot de vin" in Clisson, "living wines" in Nantes or even at trade fairs.
