Domaine Le Fay d'Homme

Located in Monnières, in the village of Coteaux, Domaine Le Fay d'Homme is a family history rich in traditions for 5 generations.

It was in 1986 that Vincent Caillé took over the estate and made it prosper towards organic farming in order to preserve the soil and let the vine express itself perfectly. 

The estate also has the Demeter certification, certified biodynamic quality from the vine to the market.

The estate extends over 25 hectares, in Monnières, around the cave, as well as the communes of Gorges, Maisdon-sur-Sèvre and Mouzillon.

The annual production is between 100,000 and 120,000 bottles.

The harvest is only done manually.

Their range of organic wines offers fragrant, fruity wines of high quality.

Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche offer authentic and modern white wines with a variety of Muscadets, communal crus and fruity wines like cuvée "  I love you but I’m thirsty".

The red wines will also seduce you with their exceptional aromas that will highlight all your refined dishes.

The wine cellar is open by appointment only.
